I just had mine performed last week, along with an oil change. All done within the day I left it at the dealer. There was zero evidence that the headliner pillar trim was even touched. Get it done.
Thank you for providing this chart. For those of us in the US, multiply the kPa values by 0.145 to get psi.
It's interesting that my XLT Sport with 255/70R-17 tires shows 38 psi recommended pressure on the door jamb label. I usually run at 32 psi for comfort.
I came here to share the same info. I am 6'4" and added the Seat Jackers. It lifted the front of the seat enough that it made a two hour drive painless.
I recently bought this truck box from Tractor Supply for $319. I added a U-bolt on each side so that I could secure the box to the pickup's tie downs with a turnbuckle and chain link. This also allows me to mount it at the rear of the bed for easy access.
To protect the bulkhead, I placed two...
I had a similar issue on my 2024 XLT with the 2.3L. I felt an engine vibration at idle and something else in the driveline at speed. The dealer balanced the tires then said it was normal. I then took it to Discout Tire for a road force balance. That cleaned up a lot of it, but I still felt a...
I came here to say the same thing. Forums are great for idea sharing, but awful for creating unnecessary concerns. Not every part failure is a sign of something bigger. Warranties are there to take care of defects in material or workmanship. Until a true trend is identified, let's not condemn Ford.
I'm with the majority here...5,000 mile intervals. My dealer only charges $66, so I let them change it. I'm retired, so I harass my sales consultant and eat their snacks while I'm there. 😁
Thanks. That front rail is covered in vinyl wrap that I purchased from Amazon. I bought a roll of it, then cut to size and applied.

I was in search of a good tonneau covers as well. After thinking through my true needs, I landed on this truck box from Tractor Supply (it is made by Dee Zee). It is 46.5" wide, so it sits well at the front of the bed or by the tailgate. It seems like a good alternative to a cover, and is more...
Ford published a service procedure that addresses hood closing effort. The part that addresses the hood bumper adjustment is below:
Adjust the bump stop rubbers located on the hood assembly by turning the bump stop rubbers clockwise until the bump stop rubber is fully wound in to the hood inner...
I could have sworn that I found the procedure in the owner's manual, but may be thinking of the on-screen instructions from my reset tool. I just searched online for the process. This mirrors what I used:
To perform a TPMS relearn on a 2024 Ford Ranger after replacing a sensor, you will need...
Search on "relearn tpms" in the owner's manual. You will also need a TPMS reset tool (it scans each sensor, then updates the vehicle system with the new values). I got my tool from Tirerack.com, but other sources sell them. Or, go to your tire store for them to do it.
I had a set from Discount Tire installed on my extra set of wheels. They cost $60 per sensor and Discount Tire performed the relearn process. If you switch between wheels, you will need to do the relearn each time.
