Beware of Walker (Dynomax) exhaust parts. They are incredibly cheap, and rust out very quickly. The factory system is way better.

Don’t forget that turbo engines definitely need their oil changed every 5000 miles. That turbo heats the oil up way more than a typical NA engine. It also cooks it once the hot engine is shut off.

We experienced this exact scenario when towing our 3800lbs camper. On accel from a stop, it feels like a vibration in the driveline. Dealer saw irregular shift patterns in the trans, so pulled and completely rebuilt it. Still having the same issue. I'm curious as to if there is a TSB for this...

The EGR cooler was actually replaced. Although it made no difference at all.

Well, they pressure tested and replaced the EGR cooler, claiming that it was leaking. However, I continued to see the coolant level drop below the minimum. Finally, they used a boriscope to look into the cylinders and well, you know the rest.
