Haha flush must have a very different meaning in the US
We have a Ranger Raptor in the workshop on 17x9 +35 with a 315/70r17 and it failed inspection because the side wall is 8mm outside flares, when viewed from above.
All I can advise RE strut spacers is based on the G.O.A.T Offroad ones I design and make, being they are 32mm thick to achieve 2in lift. Theres lots of generic spacers on the market, so I cant comment on their specific thickness.
Yes, your wheel spacers are giving you an effective wheel offset...
Its pretty simple. You need a strut spacer thickness that is equal to or greater than the tire radius increase. The other factor to consider is that the wider the offset wheel the more clearance you need. The ideal offset being+35 or +40 to keep the contact patch as far inside as possible.
Thanks, appreciate that. Its a pretty controversial issue so figured it was time to lay it all out. There will always be people who disagree but cant win em all.
yeah its random, some cars get to 0, some dont. We just chalk it up to variance in mass produced vehicles. Not sure if it would be...
We are based in Australia. Our spring options are completely different to what is available in the USA. Unfortunately for you guys, in this rare instance, the options are less than in Aus, which is very different to most circumstances regarding accessories and mods.
But regardless, we believe...
Thanks. What a strange tire. Does not look like a MT. Has 3 different sidewall/tread patterns available too. Shame they dont make it in a 37 like im chasing.
Hi all,
Ned here from G.O.A.T Offroad in Australia. We have had the Ranger Raptor since 2022 and we were pretty early on supporting them.
When we wanted to tackle the problem of lifting them without negatively affecting the fox shocks, we came in with no preconceptions and just wanted to...
no one at any point disagreed that replacing the factory fox shocks with a Fox upgrade package wouldnt be the best option. But, they arent available, so its a moot point and then you have to
Pick the next big thing.
Also, i can almost gaurantee that the upgraded shock package will have a longer...
It sure does. Any change to ride height, regardless of method, requires recalibrating the ride height sensors for optimal performance of suspension and other systems in the car.

Our design is much stronger than the style that makes you flip the top hat. As we bolt right through the top hat and...
So our spacers fit both the Gen 1 Ranger Raptor (which the US did not get) and the 2022+ Next Gen Ranger Raptor. The Gen 1 has a poorer factory UCA design which does contact the coil mount at full droop with the 2in spacer, damaging the arm and potentially causing a catastrophic failure, so that...
Further to the above. Lets talk about load carrying.
If you have added weight to your Raptor, from accessories for overlanding etc, and you ride height has sagged, then using strut spacers or perch collars is the incorrect method. This is where springs are required. Your goal should be to...
Man this hurt my brain to read
My names Ned and I own G.O.A.T Offroad in Australia.
We have been making strut top spacers for the next gen Ranger Raptors for 2 years now.
When it comes to lifting Ranger Raptors, strut spacers are the best option. The factory shocks are internal bypass...
