Why is it that a Ranger V6 has a single exhaust that does it no justice, yet a fake truck like a Honda Ridgeline has dual exhaust? Even the brother vehicle the Everest has dual exhaust. Come on Ford, no reason whatsoever to have single exhaust on these trucks! Even if you made it an option!

So mine is random when AC is on, not heat. Example, start the truck, you can hear all the vents adjust, but shortly after you will hear a series of clicks, randomly, no rhyme or reason or timing. Just a random clicking two or three times, so I ASUMED it was a blend door actuator trying to...

Oh, well that must be a different issue than mine as my noise is a clicking in the dash when the AC is running, more like a blend door issue. Glad you got yours resolved. Odd fixes but hey if it works!!
