Water Whistle/Whoosh Noise Coming From Dash - What is it?

Can anyone help identify this noise and if it’s something to be concerned about? Ford Dealer seems to think that it’s some temperature sensor allowing coolant to flow as the engine heats up. Dealer think it’s normal. Here’s the scenario…

1. Remote start the vehicle for 30s as I’m running out the door
2. Put the vehicle in drive and drive about 250ft down the ally
3. Break at the point where the alley meets the road
4. Hear break squeak followed by water whistle/whoosh noise

This seems to be repeatable on most mornings. I’m not sure if has to do with it being cold or whatnot. Anyway here’s the video for it a listen and let me know what y’all think.

It’s a U.S. 2024 Ranger Raptor if that helps

well thats a new one for sure. Almost sounds like brake rust/dust but not if its inside the dash. Hud

I’m going to try to get another video tomorrow without the squeaking breaks. Hopefully clearer audio of the almost alien water sounding noise will help with the diagnosis

i couldn't hear it enough to guess.

one of my other vehicles makes a water sound when i first start driving too. i think my 04 ranger. i think, on mine, its water moving through the heater core once the thermostat opens for that part of the system. or whatever valve controls flow through the core
