Could it be they are incandescent bulbs that are one filament one function type?
You would need a led that has the ability to be a 'park' and 'signal' or even a incandescent that has two filaments for both functions, i want to do this also so I'm researching bulb options.
Nope not needed at all other than for looks, when i got mine a couple years ago it was $93 and i had some Ford reward points that deferred that cost.
Also some 5th Gen owners said it helped keep water dripping off the windshield cowl onto #4 cylinder plug/coil pack (when the truck was parked in...
Do you have the 2.3 if so it will fit,

I believe the covers were installed for a brief time on the 5th Gen Ranger in 2019 (only very early builds) then quickly deleted by Ford to save $.
My '19 was a mid year build in August of that year and didn't have one, i purchased it from Levittown Ford a sponsor and then reused it on my '24...
I’ll try that later when it gets dark thanks for that suggestion.
And as Moto26 mentions , my lights shine right into my neighbor's window as well as when we’re at the campgrounds when I move the truck it gets folks riled up.
UPDATE,
I covered the sensor on the dash to simulate night then...
So, before i start the truck i have rotated the HS to the off position denoted by the led illuminating that switch position, then at startup it defaults to the Auto mode (which illuminates the headlights) which i don't want,
so i found this in the owner's manual as i was trying to figure out...
Mine had 53 miles i questioned the salesman about it and he told me they got it off the truck with those miles and he had another Ranger on the lot he showed me with 56 miles he was adamant that these miles were not put on at the Dealership by anyone,
He believed them to be QC miles at the...
HMM, I just looked at my my window sticker and it doesn't individually list 'tailgate lock' but i have a working lock with remote, must be part of the 301A package, do you have that package?
I'm also looking to change out the fronts with a level, the stock ones i agree are to soft, had the 5100's on my '19 and they are great shocks hopefully they can get their R&D done soon.
I agree with the sentiment's about letting Ford be responsible for fixing it, although the video helped me tremendously to decide that doing it myself rather than wasting who knows how much time on the Dealer merry go round, I got lucky and the first latch adjustment worked, the drivers bump...
On my most recent fill up the cluster showed 24.3 and hand calculated @ 22.8 so that's a 1.5 less on the cluster, on the 5th Gen there was a way to go in the menu and adjust the values,
not remembering right now how to do it will have to go back over to 5thGen forum and look it up,
I did dial...
I do have an older laptop that i used Forscan on for my '19 Ranger i guess i'll just get that charged up again, I daily use a newer one that's why i wanted to try on that one, I'll leave the 'S' mode alone on it.
Thanks for the reply.
The price each is a bit cheaper from Levittown Ford a forum vendor
$1,130 each still high though, maybe salvage pieces in the future as attrition takes it effect.
Trying to download the App to my windows laptop and it's warning me not to switch out of 'S' mode,
Is there a way around this, how did you guys handle it?
I believe that may be only available on the Lariat trim with the larger dash display, i have a XLT and i'm not seeing it either, to be fair i haven't messed around to much with the dash settings just a quick overview, check YT for video walkthroughs.
