Has anyone successfully (probably via FORScan) disabled the nanny that prevents searching USB media while driving? It is the main thing that annoys me about the new Ranger.
I understand it might be more complex than simply enableing or disabling something in the software because this feature...
Blue.
My daughter informed me that the alpha Raptor in the newer Jurassic Park series is named Blue, which I did not know. So we named her Blue.
I'm an OG Jurassic Park fan, so I haven't seen the new ones.
Holy. Shit. No one can accuse you of not really using your truck. Mine meanwhile has essentially never been dirty since I brought it home.
Film a detailed cleaning video and time lapse / speed it up. It’ll do gangbusters on YouTube.
My first car was a 83 El Camino, but unfortunately no Chevy 350 in it, just an anemic V6. But then that led the way to Ford vehicles
93 Mustang 5.0 LX, heavily modified with aluminum heads and Vortech supercharger
96 Mustang Cobra, largely stock aside from some suspension mods
86 Merkur Xr4ti...
Once fully warmed I generally see 190 (maybe after coasting down a hill a bit) to 220 or so. Flat ground, highway speed its usually around 210 maybe a little lower. But now that summer temps are coming, Ill see if my averages trend a little higher.
Excellent info right there, thank you.
It would be nice if there was some info out there on exactly when the shutters open and close. What situations cause what. And while I do care some about mpg a bit (we certainly didn’t buy these trucks for mpg though) it’s likely that the shutters on just...

I got the Amazon ones and was pleasantly surprised by their seemingly high quality. But not long term yet and no exposure to water yet for mine.
Yeah, even though Ford put a good amount of underhood ventilation on the RR's, I've recently thought about trimming the pad on the underside of the hood strategically underneath the hood vents and/or possibly trimming the underside of the vents themselves to allow more heat excavation.
Sure, but (almost) no matter how hot underhood temps are, compressing the air makes the intake air much hotter, and it is ambient air that is cooling the IC.
Another example from my Fiesta: the Fiesta had an air temp sensor after the turbo but before the IC. And the gauges on the Accessport...
He did provide info, but I think there is still more beneficial info that can be provided by other users, and this was something I had posted about previously. Personally I feel the most useful bit
For this reason, I think a better measure is seeing what the charge temps are related to ambient...
Unless there is a difference between the XL / XLT and Lariat / Raptor lights (specifically for this cornering light, I know the Lariat and Raptor have LED and the XL and XLT are halogen), it is not the fog lights. There is a sperate smaller light in the headlight assembly that lights up when the...
