Isn't the green around the speedometer the indicator for cruise control? It goes up to your set speed? Or is this different?
The screen display issue, Ive got nothin, sorry.
Yeah, the wrap shop that did my tint said its common for the paint to peel on the arches. Whatever the situation with the arch material and the paint, it can lift much easier than the body paint.
With only 1800 mi on my RR, I noticed each headlight already has chips / scratches so yesterday I applied pre-cut PPF film for our headlihgts. The fit is pretty good. I have some minimal experience as I applied a wrap kit to my mountain bike (Ride Wrap) and I still had the Ride Wrap supplied...
Nice! I sold my 2017 Fiesta ST to get my RR. I LOVED that car, but it ended up being an extra pleasure vehicle and it was low miles and excellent condition and it made sense to sell it to get the RR. I miss it but the RR is more practical (kinda).
I bought my truck off the lot and it has the graphics package. Originally I said I wouldn't have ordered it with them and had even thought about having the dealer remove them, but as I've had the truck, I quite like them now and glad I have them.
Sure thing!!
Also, the quote you got for $400 from your dealer for install is crazy. Over in the thread looking for installers in SoCal all of us have reported wild discrepancies between different installers. Note that Ford Performance only requires it to be installed by someone with an ASE...
Aren't you going to be running premium anyway? The stock tune allows for boost and timing adjustments to match fuel octane. If run less than premium it will drop boost and retard timing and you will not be seeing full power output. Also, in very warm weather you will be much more likely to get...
Yeah quality is one thing and sourcing cheap parts, but I'd say its extra frustrating when its design issues like the taillight. How stupid to not have the light elements replaceable. I love LED lights but that is so dumb, and it will be EXTRA frustrating to have to replace that after warranty...
Do you happen to have any pics of the compressor mounted using the noted bracket? The site for the bracket doesn't really have the greatest pics. Just want to see what it looks like and an idea of install.
Iāll add my data point for costs on SoCal dealers install. I was at my dealer today, Price Ford in Simi, and they want $300 for the job, charging it for 1 hour labor. So I guess when I get the tuner Iāll be going somewhere else for install. Sigh.
The Fiesta ST uses the same OAR, and since it is a ECM data point, using a Cobb AP as a gauge set, you could view the OAR real time. It was a nice check to see. Would be nice if we had that option here. I would think that Cobb is possibly / probably working on an Access Port for the RR. Seems it...
Simi Ford (Price Ford of Simi Valley) has a ā25 they just got in Marsh Grey. Beadlock wheels, Raptor graphics package and the Ford Performance mudflaps.
Andā¦ā¦no markup.
The sticker price is even a little lower than I paid for my ā24 just back in January and I didnāt get mudflaps! Sticker on...
Does Forscan offer the ability to NOT prevent you from searching the USB/media drive while driving (and no passenger in the vehicle)? Or are audio system functions not tied to the BCM?
Changed up the UPR catch can. I removed the extra evacuation line for pulling from the can under boost that goes to the turbo intake tube. Plugged the port in the can with a threaded plug. Essentially turned the dual valve version into a single. Maybe wasted money. Hmmm
I am still using mine and mostly happy with it. I installed the full dual valve version, which plumbs a line to the intake tube that feeds the passenger side turbo. Once I receive the replacement intake tube I will be removing that line and having it configured as just the standard single valve...
