Is your question more to the CARB approval front, or certified install with warranty? The tune has a CARB number, so when you buy one (new) it will come with the CARB number and (should be) a sticker you can place underhood in case you are ever questioned about having a tune.
For the warranty...
Did you happen to get an extended warranty on your RR? I've read even shop installed, this tune will void extended warranties. But I haven't actually done the research to verify.
Well....just be aware there are possible warranty implications.
I was chatting with someone from Ford Performance asking about the warranty. They initially said the tune will not void the original factory warranty, but did not know about extended warranty plans (said to check with dealer and/or...
All out of stock. These online OEM stock houses don't seem to actually stock most parts, they just order from the same OEM supplier and this is apparently on a national backorder. I've already had orders cancelled from 3 different places.

I'm looking for anyone who may have installed an intake kit
I need the stock intake tube that goes from right after the main intake box (which contains the air filter) down to the passenger side turbo intake.
Shown in blue.
The tune is now showing as having a CARB number for use in CA (for the ’24 RR).
Question to those that have it, many here are saying the changed trans shifting makes for big changes, holding gears longer etc. This is exactly what sport mode does. So are sport and normal now very close to each...
Any of you guys who have an intake installed possibly want to sell the tube that goes from right after the intake box (air filter box) down to the passenger side turbo inlet?
I installed the dual valve UPR catch car which requires drilling a hole in that tube and I just want the option to go...
I think the big question here is: adaptability and install on our current RR's? The shocks would likely physically install just fine, but what about the computer that reads and controls the Live Valve? Could it be updated with a software update?
I’d like to add some install thoughts and impressions of you don’t mind me tagging in your thread.
Iinstalled the dual valve version today.
First, the factory quick disconnects on the main PCV, it would be nice to have a pic like the first below to see exactly how they operate, and know you...
Ah interesting, thank you both. The quicker recovery is what I would expect as generally heat soak is the biggest with the stock ICs but the fact you do get much lower charge temps is good and seems to make an aftermarket IC definitely worth it.
For anyone with an aftermarket IC: did you happen to pay attention to the charge air temps before and after swapping the IC?
With the stock, I’m seeing anywhere between 20-60 deg over ambient, even tonight with temps in the high 40’s.
Im curious if this is really just the stock IC, or more to...
Did you happen to monitor your air charge temps before and after the IC install? During almost all driving situations I notice it’s anywhere from 20-60 deg over ambient. I’m curious if this is an actual stock IC issue or largely to do with the active shutters and low airflow through the IC.
I...
I take it that the Pro-cal tunes operate different than tunes on a Cobb AP then? On that platform, you unmarry the AP device from the car which puts the stock tune back on. Once that has been done, the AP can be used on another vehicle. So yes, with the tune installed, they can only be used on...
Interesting interesting. Ok thanks. I have zero Forscan experience but there are a few things I’d like to get from it. The fog lights stay on in hi beams is one and if possible to stop the excessive nanny not allowing you to search your usb music drive while moving. Anyway, thanks.
