Well that's pretty bold of them just to up and cancel your order. At a minimum they should leave the order up on back order. There's something fishy going on here. Either they are taking all available supply for the new production Rangers (most likely) so the rest of us are SOL, or they are...
I'm not holding my breath for that. LOL My credit card charge is also pending so at least they didn't collect and sit on the order for who knows how long. I don't need them as I am currently only planning to put a Gator FX tonneau on my XLT(due tomorrow, yay). I wanted the braces just in...
Update update. when i ordered these from Ford on 10/21 they showed in stock to be shipped 10/24. Now I am in the dreaded 'Processing' hold and they appear to be out of stock if you want to order a new set. How long have people waited to have Ford fulfill the order for the non Raptor load box...
Where are you guys ordering these? I can't get to the shipping method screen on the order site. WTF? accessories.ford.com
Update; never mind. The Ford web site won't accept autofill for order information. Once I manually entered my personal details it accepted the form.
Yes My 2007 Tacoma has a TPMS in the spare. Also the TPMS system needs to be manually programmed for all 5 sensors. What a PIA. Toyota changed it a couple years later to an auto sensing system. I bypassed the tire pressure warning light and spent the $180 I would have on new TPMS sensors on...
I had a similar issue on my Tesla with FSD It would nag you to keep your hands on the wheel. i have a very light touch. I found if I kept a but of torsional force at 4 oclock it would not nag me. i have not experimented with this truck yet.
Where are they located? Is there an unused blank in the XLT where these would go? i am looking for a place to put a small Homelink transmitter in my 2024 XLT.
100 seems pretty standard on most vehicles. I've seen it as high as 120 ft lbs on my SL550 Benz but the tires had a Y speed rating. My 2007 Tacoma is 83 ft lbs. Never had an issue in 17 years. Dismiss the dealer's opinion, torque them equally to mfg Spec and you can't go wrong.
PDI hahahaha. I think my one month on the job sales kid did my PDI as there was an airbag light on when I picked it up. All they did was gas it and wash it. I have noticed the rear seat latch issue today. I need to close it 'with authority", but it latches it I give it a stern throw...
I just got my new 2024 Ranger XLT. I am shocked it has no Homelink! I would not even think to ask a salesperson if it was included, I just figured it was in every vehicle manufactured today.
