Yep, tuned 5G. So stock 400+HP is seriously attractive. Stock dual exhaust too. By the time I would get a Lariat up to my liking, I would close in on half the difference.
Alright, the '25 Lariat is still on the lot at $8100 under MSRP. But I am beginning to lean toward a Raptor, which has near everything I could want. The same dealer has a '25 Raptor, but its only $800 under MSRP. Not a huge fan of white, but with the black contrasts, it's starting to grow on me.
Very true. I have had work done at a former Tubby's location twice with great service. They have a proper bender and all the right tools. I had them install the Gibson dual rear exit kit on my 5G and they did a great job. No leaks and near perfect symmetry.
As I recall, the process was really simple. I only switched a little over a year ago, and it was really easy. I don't remember having to be being really specific about my service. All I know is we are now paying far less.
I am not a fan of the way Ford makes it stick out of one side. I opted for the dual rear exit on my 5G. I like symmetry! Took me a while to get used to the sound to, but I have never heard it driven from outside.
