I've gotta say, not a shittier feeling than going through the entire install process and not having the thing turn on.
I took it all apart, did a test boot up of the device (worked just fine), buttoned everything back up, and now it's not powering on. Taking all of that apart was a bitch...

Absolutely - To your question, I'd consider all the sub components from that trans and motor, all the tier 2 and tier 3 suppliers that make those components. Also the amount of border crossings for that transmission as it reaches a complete build. A big ticket item with US assembly could easily...
Here is the AALA list if anyone is interested: https://www.nhtsa.gov/sites/nhtsa.gov/files/2025-02/MY2025-AALA-Alphabetical-2.4.25.pdf
I work at a tier 1 supplier. We machine and assemble components in the US for major OEMs. We will absolutely be hurt by the tariffs because tier 2 suppliers...
46% of the Ranger components are from the US/Canada. It will certainly be affected by the tariffs.
This is detailed in the American Automotive Labeling Act (AALA) list
delivery day! Worth the wait. Can’t wait for the break in period to be over so I can beat the piss out of it. Also very happy with the shelter green color.

There's even a Carplay API that allows the screen to expand and take more space. Here's an example of Ford using it on the F-150...
I can tell the difference. The Borla has a bit more of a "snarl" to it.
The problem is that the stock system is already pretty damn good, so it's a lot of money to drop on a 10% difference.
I'd like to see it next to another raptor or something that has OEM amber lights. Curious if the color is similar.
That install doesn't look as painful as I thought. Tight space to work in though
I think you could install the trim and not seat the tire bead in it. I agree it would help the wheels "pop" a bit. Not sure if the instructions call for it, but you can loctite the fasteners down pretty good. Could even use red loctite if you plan on leaving the rings on it
Just want to point out that at the top it says "local area dealer recommendations". The Ford service schedule does not call for a lot of this. According to Ford, you don't need to do trans / diff service until 150k
Obviously the extra service isn't going to hurt anything, but the money would be...
