What the hell with that sensor solution. Did they laser cut a bunch of steel and forget to add the detail for that sensor, but fabricated and sold them anyways?
Its gonna be the sum of all Raptor things. Frame reinforcements, skid plates, 4A transfer case, heavy duty suspension, 3.0l v6, watts link, etc. The base Ranger crew cab is almost 1000lbs lighter than the Raptor.
The crazy thing is that the Ranger Raptor is only like 400lbs lighter than an...
Yeah in my previous BMW the car's garage door opener was disabled anytime a key wasn't detected. You could wake the car up without a key, but the opener didn't work and it locked out any menus with "personal information". Pretty dumb that the Ranger's garage door opener is active anytime the...
Quick question, what is the difference between AmericanAdventureLab.com and AdventureLab.com
I assume adventurelab is a newer website and where orders should be placed?
Anyone here using a tailgate pad and a tonneau cover?
I tried Raceface's T3 pad that they advertise as "tonneau friendly". In some of their marketing they show it in use with the Bak Revolver, but on a 3rd gen Tacoma. In that application it looks like it fits ok, but not great.
With the shape...
I'm interested in this for transporting dogs in kennels. A few opinions I have:
Needs secure tie down points on the panels.
Would prefer to retain the OEM subwoofer.
OEM jack location could stay there or move.
For me this would get swapped back and fourth between the seats and the seat delete...
My 2024 has started making noises that sound like they’re coming from the HVAC blend system. Happens alot when the truck turns off at stoplights and then again after it restarts. Plastic ticking noise like the door is getting jammed while it actuates. Plan to bring it up at my next service, but...
It sticks out past the bed rails a small amount. Even if you tucked it too close to the cab, I don't think you could get it to not hangover a bit. I didn't take any pictures, but I did see some pictures of the A1 over on Ranger5G. Gives a pretty good idea of the overhang...
I'd agree that my truck's seat looked pretty worn in short order. The good news I'll add, I've had my truck for 15 months and put 30k miles on it and the seat isn't looking notably worse than it did in those first few 1000 miles.
Yeah I did try it in the lower configuration and it was able to roll up. My setup might not match the exact width you would use with the t-slots, but I’d bet it will work too, there was plenty of clearance.
I don’t have any pictures of it. One word of caution with the Ibex, the way they screw...
I've been pretty happy with 34psi for general day to day. I'll put them up to 39 for long road trips or heavy towing/hauling. The Raptor Assault school told me they target 32psi for their use.
Yeah I keep seeing the Ecoflow on sale and have been thinking about picking one of those up. The built in battery seems like a pretty good easy button for keeping the fridge going when the truck is off without worrying about adding auxiliary batteries and wiring.
Yeah on the Maverick Multi-Position tailgate, the cables are shorter. The default mounting location is midway down the tailgate and then you can unlatch it and mount it higher for the higher tailgate position.
