If you're not in a rush to buy, you could wait till the 2027 Ranger Tremor is released. Might be an in-between option in terms of decent off-road with better fuel economy than a Raptor.
Yea an $800+ car payment just sounds painful. I had a $470 payment on my last truck and I thought that was bad enough. Luckily I was able to afford to get my ranger with only a small amount financed this time around.
Looks great! What psi are you running the tires at? I'm running my 255/80/17 pizza cutters at 34 psi front, 33 rear and they are pretty soft riding to me.
The wheels themselves will fit fine. However the tire size you choose will make the difference in whether or not they rub. You're probably going to have some issues if you plan on running the stock 285/70/17s that come on the Badlands Bronco.
It annoys me when it says I'm getting a higher mpg but the hand calculated mpg is lower. If it was going to be off, I'd rather it be the other way around and be pleasantly surprised 😅
I used to have that annoying whistle coming from the mirror too. I was gonna try some silicon on it but the whistle has since gone away on its own. I still have wind noise, so maybe I need to look at the mirror again.
I had the speedo dialed in perfectly with Forscan for the 255/75/17 tires I was running previously. However for 2025+ Rangers, you're currently limited to a 2480 max tire size that you can enter in Forscan and I'm already at that limit. So with the new tires being 1" taller than my old 32"...
