Yes. That is the reset I use after OTA updates. The my view screen options don’t change on my truck. I don’t know that its because I do the reset, but its easy enough to try.
Have any of you tried resetting your center display to see if this resolves the issue? My dad’s F150 has done funky things after a OTA update. Resetting the center display usually resolves the issue.
I haven’t lifted or leveled my truck yet, but in the last 6 months I’m reasonably sure that I’ve read every suspension related thread on this site. There’s a lot of references to adjusting headlights after leveling, but I don’t recall anything regarding issues or concerns with the 360 degree...
I’ve got the michelin bed mat from Tread Auto. I’ve had it in my truck for around a month. I really like it. It fits well, has good traction to prevent things from sliding around.
How does it look on the center screen when backing up/in reverse? I’m still on stock bulbs and the brake light really washes out the reverse light in my rear camera view on the center screen.
For my use and frequency of use, a portable fits my needs just fine. I do prefer it to be compact enough to store in the compartment under the rear seat.
A water heater is the bulkiest thing I’ve put in the bed so far. I haven’t put anything heavy in it yet, but I have an elk hunt this fall. I’m really anxious and hoping I can put a nice bull in the bed.
Has anyone installed the ford aux switch kit M-9100-RA in their non raptor rangers? When I first looked at it, I thought it was too high priced. Then I looked at the garmin powerswitch and diode dynamics d switch and found that the ford setup is cheaper. I’ve found it at levittown ford for 375...
Another good and informative post.
Lets say for the sake of argument, that after installing the centering rings and your xxx brand wheels that you realize that you now need a wheel spacer to prevent rubbing. Do you leave the centering rings installed and now get a 106mm to 106mm spacer of the...
Push button start on all trims.
options for the center console screen to have 1, 2 or 3 sections/windows open.
A cargo camera or have the rear camera rotate to give rear view with the tail gate down.
I like the stance of your truck. Looks great. I guess that I’m showing my age, but I didn’t realize that a 10” wide tire was considered a pizza cutter. When I hear that term, I still associate it with the 7” bias ply tires that my dad used to run.
I have a friend that poured a slab inside of his covered shelter. After church I pulled his 85 F150 from the gravel, up onto the concrete slab. IMO, not really pulling or towing. I also put my ranger into 4 Hi. Not because I needed it, but the slab is currently raised about 5” above the...
If you have a good relationship and trust the service at the one dealer, I’d stick with them. Unless you paid over msrp, the dealer you bought from only made a little money on the sale. The service dept will make way more money off you than the sales dept. That is of course assuming you take...
