I just measured it looks like the tracks will be a tight fit width wise in the valleys of the bed.
Also I was planning on doing 3 long strips. One in the center and 2 on the sides evenly spaced but the center one can’t be centered which is going to drive me nuts.
Mine are from Ford also. The tire shop tried using the supplied TPMS sensors but they wouldn’t work so ended up using my original ones no issue so that could be why they say they don’t work. Other than that they fit perfect.
I kind of had the same idea.
I was looking at L-Track & Anchors today. But I have seen a bunch of people using the US Cargo Control stuff too. I was originally looking at chase racks. But this is way cheaper and you'd still have your bed when you needed it.
Has anyone installed L Tracks in their beds for mounting things? I know it would involve drilling holes but like the idea of being able to mount spare tire/jack/coolers etc. while still keeping the bed space for when you want it. Pic of a random truck with it as an example.
Also I know AAL has...
The only thing I wish with the aftermarket is more options with more companies like Camburg or Dirt king making suspension parts, bumpers etc. Fiberglass and more mid-travel or long travel would be cool too.
Yea we knew they weren't quite ready and thats fine, but according to Fox's dates it was only supposed to be a short wait so that was fine. Now after 7 months (so far) behind their orginal shipping dates, you can't tell me they didn't know they wouldn't be ready and they should have never...
It sounds the best out of all the options in my opinion. I do think the 5" tips are a tad big at least in the pictures. 4" would probably be perfect.
I'd also like to see a picture of the high clearance option.
If I ever decided to spend the money on the exhaust it would be this one.
Usable suspension or not, it doesn't take away the fact that they put them out there people gave them thousands of dollars per set and they have not delivered over 6 months past the orginal release date.
I was told August last week as well. The Fox rep told me they are having issues with whatever piece interfaces with the shocks and the trucks electronics. That piece isn’t holding up during their testing. I don’t have much hope for them meeting the August deadline
I’m still hoping for sometime this month like they told me a couple weeks ago. I wish King wasn’t a 5-6 month wait for custom colors or I’d be doing that right now.
I called today she said hopefully mid to late June. Hopefully that’s not the goal posts moving once again.
I wonder how these are going to compare to the Kings. Obviously you lose live valve which isn’t really a deal breaker for me. I’m starting to regret not just getting the Kings.
I hope so lol. I was thinking about canceling my order but I called King and they were 5-6 months out for custom colors so I’m sticking with Fox and just keep waiting lol
