    Just make sure you fully coat the exhaust and inside of the tube with liquid detergent before installing otherwise it will stick halfway on.

    I would recommend the high temp silicone tubes. For the small difference in price and not having to cut it's not worth the risk. I thought about drilling drainage holes but didn't. After 9 months there are no signs of corrosion.

    Plastidip easily separates at a feature line or tight gap so masking only needs to be close and not exact. This is why it's simple to black out badges and emblems with Plastidip.

    Put on a minimum of 4 coats and it will last years. I've painted out exhaust tips on my jeep that were still good after 4 years and 75K miles. Doesn't chip like normal coatings.
