I sprayed my exhaust flat black inside the tip. Barely visible now and if I want to go back to stock, there won’t be any issues.

Exactly. But I'd like to think a chain replacement would be avaialbe sooner, as I would want to replace the wet bet set up completely with a chain driven one as soon as the wet belt was due for replacement.

What year? The current 2.7’s have a wet belt oil pump.

I went with the Fram ultra synthetic filter. I’m not impressed with the OEM filter.

My first mod was removing the rear headrests.

Cam Phaser issues and a wet belt driven oil pump...No thanks. And even if was "only" 1 mpg. It isn't.

I love mine. If I could get it super cheap, even better! Just do a search in this forum about the modular bedliner, most are happy with theirs.

There are several tip and threads about the modular bedliner. The only trimming I had to do was around the rear outlets. Took my time and used the tips here, including getting the correct Torx bit for the tie downs. Mine fit perfectly.

I get about 24 mpg doing 60-70 with hilly terrain and cool temps. I have about 2k miles on ours withe the same setup as the OP.

Mediocre, by definition, would be 2.5 out of 5. I'm actually surprised at how good it is. XLT FX4 2.3. I'd give it a 4+.
