Your not going to get the SC version with the 6ft bed in case you weren't aware, for me i would have purchased that but 'settled' for the CC 5ft, and there's only been a couple times i couldn't fit the item in the bed, like coming home from Costco with a 65''TV that i had to leave the tonneau...
Can't believe this is still a issue. I had this done on my 5th gen 2019 with the Ext warranty picking up the tab, thought Ford would have learned a lesson and had this redesigned, geez.
I have two vid clips but am not able to dwnld them to this post, i get the 'oops something went wrong' message, in guessing there to big 55 seconds and similar for the second.
The cold start db's were roughly 82-84 and rev dbs got to 92-94, idle at 74.
Anybody know what the max size of a vid...
I finally stopped procrastinating and decided to just get the muffler and not a complete cat back exhaust, i really couldn't justify the cost of a complete system (at this time) running from the $700's up to $1100-1200 depending on SS material and the other config options.
So i went with the...
While this has only happened two times that i can remember in my Ranger it has in my'25 Bronco many more times with the same 2.3 as the Ranger (if that matters).
In the Ranger i have the ASS bypass installed the Bronco i do not just cause it's a bit more of a hassle to install, requires...
If you have a good welder willing to take on the task you can add a 1 or 2 inch extension material on each of the brackets to push out the tube step from the rocker area where i agree that they tuck in to far.
While i didn't do this mod to my current Ranger i did on a previous one.
I know your talking about the Lariat trim but its happening at the XLT level too.
On my '24 XLT 301a package you got wireless phone charger, bed lights & bed power plugs.
Om my '25 XLT w/301a they were removed and added as a 'convenience' package for IIRC $299 and they also raised the 301A...
You can get one of those OBD2 readers that plug into the port and use an App like Torque Pro on your phone to monitor the oil and other data, then you'll have a comparison to the trucks gauge which might be faulty.
The one i use is OBD Link MX+ from Amazon, there are cheaper alternatives to...
I had mine in yesterday for the seat bolt & wiring harness up to the visor issue, while they did the seat bolt they couldn't do the wiring recall # 26S29 the note on the printout they gave me said this;
"Tech unable to perform recall at this time as fix is not available as per FMC-
Release...
IIRC the keypad cannot be activated using the Forscan tool, you have to have Ford dealer do it they have a special programming tool, also there's a Forscan forum you can check out for tips n tricks.
I actually don't remember it was a while back, sorry.
It was easy cause i got it done  You'll spot it in the plain text mode rather than the coded build if thats were it is.
Also there is a Forscan paper or writeup somewhere that shows a lot of the changes and you can check out Bronco6g...
Yea i saw your linked post a while back when i was searching for alternatives, so what i did was use this on the shocks after i got it home from the shop and on the two bottom mount bolts that were supplied by Eibach they are not like the factory black oxide bolts.
I had previously sprayed the...
After not wanting to wait any longer for the 5100 adjustable to level off the front i went with the Eibach Pro-Truck Sport Shock # E60-35-062-01-10 and am very satisfied with the ride, it eliminated the rebound floaty ness and i set them at the 1'' setting which leaves and tiny bit of a rake...
I was able to find a local dealer thru the fords accessories web site that had it listed for $192 with me picking it up, The pricing was all over the place and another nearby dealer at $237 $10 above MSRP and others at $227 MSRP all pick up pricing.
