No, it doesn't void the warranty. I would not ever trust what a sales person says regarding either the the vehicle's systems or the warranty coverage. They know much less than the members of this forum who actually take the time to learn about the vehicle.
About one hour south of Atlanta and I haven't seen a RR other than my own. Haven't even seen another 2024 Ranger for that matter. Seems like Ford made more 2024 Raptors than originally planned, but its a big country out there, so still a rarity to see one.
As previously suggested by someone else on this forum that worked for me. My R button stopped working as well. It was suggested to lock and unlock the vehicle several times with the key fob. Once I did that, all returned to normal.
very odd how inconsistent the charging pad operates. I have an iPhone 15 in an Otterbox case and it works fine on the charging pad without issue. Recently took an eight hour road trip using Waze without issue. Could there be an certain app on a particular phone model that while running creates...
As the OP is in North America, I suggest looking at the Ford website for the 2025 Ranger Raptor. The website does not reflect any of the changes that you described.
The 2025 is essentially the 2024 with some exterior color changes.
Agreed. They can be found for MSRP and sometimes even lower. My dealer has a black RR and is asking MSRP. Check out Ford Finder (No Markups) and No Markup Ford Raptor on Facebook. As others have said, it will take some time, but they can be found.
Very odd. I have a 2024 RR built in Michigan this past July. It has the button you lack. This situation is much like the other forum member who has a non-Raptor rear seat. Where is the quality control?
While my RR was built within the date range of the recall, my VIN is not included according to the NHTSA website. I checked the ball joint nuts and they are tight at 46 ft lbs, so I assume not every Ranger built in the date range is affected.
Lots of good information given here. I always have PPF and ceramic applied to my new vehicles.
For the RR, I had Xpel PPF professionally installed to the entire front end. Then I applied ceramic on the entire vehicle. I don’t do automatic car washes, so the ceramic coat makes cleaning a whole...
I see you are in Atlanta. Sounds like you decided, but my dealer was about 120 miles from my house in Peachtree City. Used Uber to get to the dealer early on a Saturday morning at a cost of $100. Did the paperwork, inspected the RR and drove it back home arriving at noon. Its not so much...
Totally true. I lived in Bellevue, WA back in 2017 and was shopping for an F-150 Raptor. Bill Pierre Ford had insane markups even back then. "Covering costs?" Don't do me any favors. Avoid this dealership unless you have $$ to waste and are totally desperate.
