I wrote a very detailed installation guide back in late 2024 for this product:

These just became available. I reached out to Boomba about how this affects warranty and what the interaction with the FP tune would be. Response below:
'The Ford Performance Tune will allow...
Finished up. Went as planned, drilling was a bit scary but used liberal amounts of auto sealant afterwards. No CEL, everything running normally!
Seems like my engine bay is a bit dirtier than most others on here :inspect:
I've posted on fb about this and got some responses. I also emailed both UPR and SB several months back asking. From what I've seen it sounds doable. I'm attempting today and will post results for you. One person on fb said they drilled and used automotive silicone inside and out to seal, that's...
I didn't strip any wires... I was able to just use the connectors that came with the add a fuses. Go to home depot and buy some connectors and some shrink tubing and that will work. Would not recommend just taping them together.
Yes, I did write something about that. I had to shave it down. I did it with scissors, if you have a utility knife and a steady hand it will be easy enough.
Sure thing. Since my Billiebars system raised up my tonneau rails by about 1/8" it was easy to have the wire under there, then I just ran it through the bar channel and used electrical tape to secure it. I'm sure you can use some zip ties and it would work just as well. Here are some pics
Interesting, and you aren't able to move it to the right anymore because it hits the camera? Maybe this is because of the G900 Model, I have the 840s...
Are you sure you got the 12"? I got the 12" version and it covers the mirror completely and overlaps a good amount.
Make sure they didn't send you the 10" version by accident.
I also installed the dual catch can. I reached out to UPR and S&B (for their upcoming intake) and got concurrence from both that it won't be a problem to drill a hole in the aftermarket tube.
Can't help you on the stock tube though, sorry
You will be using the 15A fuse that came with it... The reason I ordered that specific tap and linked was so that I wouldn't have to buy a fuse tap and a fuse seperately.
