2022 Ranger XLT 300a switched to a 2024 Ranger XLT 301a, first impressions (5g to 6g)

What transmission did you have in your last truck? My 2020 had the same 10 speed my 24 has and I think it's a little different because this truck seems confused sometimes on which gear it should be in. Like when I go to pull out and hit the gas this truck takes a little longer to figure out which gear it needs.

My 2019 had the 10r80 transmission, my 2024 (raptor, but they all are the same) is a 10r60

I called Ford today and they explained to me how to program my Radio favorite presets...I now 100% LOVE this truck.

NOTHING I don't like about it!

Tune to the station you want.
Long press on he station YOU DON'T want on your screen. The desired station will replace the unwanted station. It’s so not obvious and yet so simple!

The other day my wife and I were out running some errands, stopped at the first store got out and locked the doors and the mirrors folded in, came out unlocked the doors and the mirrors unfolded, made another stop locked the doors and the mirrors folded in came out unlocked the doors and the mirrors didn't unfolded so I used the button. Wife said she seen something on the screen about a update so I went into the settings and apparently Ford did a update and turned off the folding mirrors when locking the doors. Have never had this happen before. Did anyone else have this happen?

I believe this occurred for everyone receiving this update. I recall 1 or 2 other items also need to be reset. You can do a search of forum posts for this

I kinda figured it happened to everyone. I haven't noticed anything else being turned off.
