2023 XLT to 2024 XLT

I currently have a 2023 XLT for work, i am getting upgraded to a new 2024 XLT in about 4 weeks. I am curious to see opinions from people that went from the pervious gen to current gen XLT. I am personally not a fan of the 2023 XLT ride quality and interior layout. It seems that the current gen interior is a huge improvement.

My main complaint is the boat like ride quality, did Ford fix this in the current 6th gen XLT Ranger? If not, would adding new rear shocks on the 6th gen fix some of the issue?

The rear shocks are outboard of the frame now vs inboard on the 5g. That along with other changes make the ride much improved on the 6g.
The 5g was indeed pretty bad.

I assume that helps with the side to side bounce at low speeds?
