Is it typical of Ford to not schedule orders for weeks? I'm assuming the next scheduling of orders will be for Job 2?

Does no scheduling mean no production?
There will be production but they won't be scheduling any vehicles to be built.

It's typical for them to not schedule for a couple of weeks in a row when they're getting ready to switch over to Job 2.

What does Job 2 mean?
It's basically the addition (or removal) of certain options/trims and any tweaks to the assembly process.

The tweaks could be an updated part to replace one that doesn't fit well or has prematurely worn out/failed and so on. The addition of the 2.7L engine is an example of a Job 2 addition and one quite a few have been waiting on.

Kind of. For every launch there are build phases. EPT, TT1, TT2, PP1, PP2, MP1, MP2, Job 1, Job 2. In this case, Job 2 also represents PPAP stages of parts and 24.5/25 MY.
