2025 2.7L Tumping Noise

Mine does it also. 13500 miles and has done it since new. I used a stethoscope and the sound was loudest at the high pressure fuel pump at the back of the engine. I think the pump is cam driven which may cause the sound.

This makes sense, the fuel pump was a first guess of ours too.

On another thread here they said the dealer put in a new transmission and the sound went away. Mine is also making this sound but I am holding off doing anything about it for now.

Mine had a thumping noise that turned out to be the back seat wasn't latched. I have to really slam it to get it to latch. It was exactly what you are describing.
