I can't understate how much I enjoy my Ranger Raptor. I honestly think it is one of the best all-around vehicles you could buy in 2024. It is somehow as fun to drive on-road as it is off-road. My only qualm is that we don't seem to be getting much aftermarket love. Even a lot of the companies who were big on the 5G Ranger (JCR, BuiltRight, etc.) seem to be slow to adopt our platform. I'm interested to see what 2025 brings in that space. Hopefully some new sleek bumper options!

It comes down to sales. Took some time for Ford to ramp up production due to the strikes. Aftermarket companies aren't going to put in the investment into R&D and manufacturing products unless they are fairly sure there is a big enough market for them. Some companies just haven't gotten their hands on a truck yet to start the process it seems as well.

Downside of being a first model year vehicle.

ARB USA only very recently got a "2024" vehicle section on their website and it only contains the Bronco and the 4runner. Still nothing for the taco or ranger. We are lucky the RoW ranger released 2 years before the USA so some aftermarket support was already available by the time we started taking delivery.

For sure @Wayfaring Ranger, although the new tacomas have a decent amount of selection already from various companies. But that goes back to their high sales numbers like @TBone4Eva mentioned. Hope a few companies take a chance on us in 2025. I have a couple interior mod ideas that I have started to try and prototype myself at this point lol.

Check out ASIR, they have a rather nice gas tank plate for The 2024 RR.
Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately its aluminum. I had aluminum skids on previous off-road rigs and it just bends too easily, cracks, and gouges.
