Hey everyone,

We've had quite a few Ranger Raptor owners ask about a light bar that doesn't stick out or look like an afterthought, so I wanted to share our 40" PRO Light Bar Kit.

This kit was designed specifically for the 2024+ Ford Ranger Raptor, so it mounts cleanly behind the grille and keeps that factory look while adding a ton of usable light for off-road trails, back roads, and camping trips.

One thing we wanted to avoid was making owners cut into a brand-new truck, so the kit is completely bolt-on with no cutting or drilling required. It also works with the truck's factory design without blocking airflow or creating a bulky appearance.

The PRO light bar is available with either a white or yellow main beam, and every kit includes an amber DRL backlight. We use TIR optics, which help throw light farther down the trail while still providing excellent foreground coverage.

If you're curious how it performs after dark, we also put together a light output video.

If anyone has questions about fitment, installation, or deciding between the 40" PRO, 30", or ditch light options for the Ranger Raptor, let us know. We'd be happy to help you figure out which setup best fits how you use your truck.

Bright! I haven't taken a close look at the pre-wired connectors to the AUX switches, but are these set up for a plug-n-play connection?

I have always preferred lighting up front instead of back by the cab since I think you get a better view looking into the light instead of through it.

That would probably pair well with ditch lights at the hood to throw light off at 30 degree angles, then you get a bug dome of light in front and off to the sides. Those looks nice!

Bought one a little over a month ago and it's awesome. With the Ranger Rsptors upfitter switches, and how it mounts...just fantastic.

If you're curious what it takes to install our 40" PRO Light Bar, we put together a step-by-step install video that walks through the entire process.

The kit is designed specifically for the Ranger Raptor, giving you a clean, behind-the-grille factory-style appearance while remaining a complete bolt-on installation. There's no cutting or drilling required, and the video covers the installation from start to finish.

If you're thinking about adding some extra lighting to your Ranger Raptor and have any questions about fitment, installation, or deciding between the 40" PRO, Dual Light Bars, or Ditch Lights, feel free to ask. We're always happy to help!

Absolutely. We’ve seen this very type of install and it does give that big dome of light, as you said. Thank you for bringing this up!

Not quite plug-and-play—we use crimp connectors to connect directly to the factory AUX switch pigtails, so it's more of a "crimp-and-play" setup. 😄

If your truck came with factory pre-wired AUX switches, it's a straightforward connection. If it doesn't, our kits can also be paired with one of our wireless controllers, so you still have a clean and simple installation.
