So went to the store this morning and all was fine. Got back in my truck and there was no audio. There is no voice commands either. The radio just says "Audio Off". Tried resetting sync by holding volume down and fast forward but still the same. Looking online it seems this is a long going problem with Ford Sync and its pull a fuse or pull the battery cable.

Does anyone know which fuse to pull or had the same issue? Im going to pull the battery cable later today but thought id ask.

That's a new one. Maybe try the ACM fuse? Fuse #32 in the BCM fuse box. Looks like a yellow 20A fuse.

Just to round this thread off. A disconnect of the battery terminal was able to resolve the issue.

For others if they have this issue. The Negative terminal is secured with a 10mm bolt. Youll need a deep well socket or a short extension to make life easier. Pop off the terminal for a few minutes and reconnect and retighten. When the truck turns back on, it will initially say Audio Off, then load the radio.

I've just started keeping a 10mm nut driver in that upper glovebox. Useful for multiple issues...lol
