Yup. #12702. I'm basically thinking U shaped bracket with some holes drilled in it to mount a 15 series t-rail directly to the bed via your spacer kit. Maybe with the bracket completely covering the pocket hole so it can be sealed up with an o-ring or a little RTV. Nothing fancy, but I suck at CAD. Only thing to add, maybe a thin rubber "foot" so the pocket spacers don't sit directly on the metal (paint) of bed rail.
