I really would like to add DS, PS, and Bulkhead Molle Panels to my 25 Ranger bed. I have looked through Built Right, American Adventure Lab, Putco, etc. which all look like great quality equipment (& I know this isn't "cheap" to make either). But I cannot budget $500-$800 on it. Is there any other manufacturers to consider? Has anyone done a DIY setup they will share? Pictures for example below. Thanks all!

Thanks for sharing this! Didn’t think to look at Amazon 🤦🏻‍♂️. Looks like a good inexpensive option! Doesn’t seem to accommodate the power panel on the driver side though. Maybe a little modification can be done to it.

That set has a shipping weight of 11 pounds, if you can believe it. In contrast, ONE side ADD Offroad panel ships at 26 pounds. The actual part weight will be less, of course. But I bet that the Amazon panels are crazy thin, and won’t hold anything heavy in place without bending or tearing apart at the holes ….

Be sure to inspect them carefully, once you install them they are yours forever. I would be very very suspicious about that company, it has no history for that product, tho a bunch of its other stuff (cheap ripoff designs) are all four and five star reviews. Ha….

If you really can’t afford a full set, buy just one side of the BultRight panels, and see if that is enough. You can always add a second one later if you like it. Those are durable, USA made and I believe they have a lifetime warranty.

I wasn't after full panels for my truck (I installed some L-Track instead) and was more interested in what some of the Australian companies offer of bedside pockets, but between shipping costs and wanting something a bit more specific I ended up designing my own and having them made by Send-Cut-Send. From that experience, I can tell you that if you were to DIY from scratch you likely wouldn't save much, if any money, over buying a known quality panel from one of the companies you listed. Making some smaller universal panels work in some places would probably save money, but definitely wouldn't have the look of a properly fitted panel.

For reference, this is the pocket I designed and had made

I like that bed pocket! Nice work. Regarding the DIY panels, I have had the same thoughts that it probably won't save any money making my own, but figured I would throw it out there. Never know some one may of came up with a creative molle panel. Thanks!
