Brake Light Wiring Color

Does anyone know the wire color for the brake lights, I am trying to wire in some auxiliary lights and want to either tap into the brake light only or maybe tap into the trailer(brake light only) wiring.

Have you had any luck figuring this out? I have Westin EXP topper that i need to wire up to my passenger side tail light for 3rd brake light on the topper. There is a 10 pin connector in the tail light but all wires are black. See attached photos of tail light assembly and instructions that came with the topper.
