Oxford White changed colors with the sun light

My Hot Pepper Red and my Ford Performance Blue will change color with the sunlight, but Oxford white usually does not until I experienced a strange sunset in Central Florida:

I am in SWFL and can have the same thing happen. I do think if Sahara dust is heavy in the atmosphere is a reason why this happens.
