The chances of your rating or your feedback actually changing anything is pretty low. We’d all like to think we matter, since we are the customers/consumers but to believe now that you sent something or a low rating, will change things is comical. They don’t care about any of us.I just got a "we changed the production timeframe for your 2024 Ranger" email to let me know that my date has been changed to the same date that's been projected online since the strike ended. I initially thought that I was being delayed, but no, the date is still next week.
I clicked on the rate this email "stars" and it did ket me let them how I'd rate the info in the email. I thanked them for the old news and asked why I never received any kind of email for the other build date changes. Maybe there will be actual updates for people now, and I'm just in the catch up phase. Then again, maybe they'll just stay comically late.
edit: Now the web tracker does say that it's in production despite the email not mentioning the at all.
