went with steel for the towers instead of aluminum, cheaper and stronger.
with all the 8020 and related hardware- 450 give or take
you can save some by using a shorter base rails, and just using 1.5x3 steel box tubing for the crossbar, but then it kinda defeats the idea of it being configurable.
i also made an awning mount.
the stuff people sell is way to over priced, and i get it, but i can make my own for a fraction so i will!
