quick one I could not seem to find an answer for...when drive mode is selected, is there a way to make default at next start?if I am in a specific drive mode and drive around with some stops, I have to reset it every time I start the engine...which is tedious (and soon or later will brake the wheel)

Dont think it does. The argument that it will sooner or later break the wheel is flawed. You doing anything in the truck has the chance of breaking it more. Dont worry about it.

yeah the wheel thing is not a thing...but it is not smart in my opinion that it resets every time to normal. if I live and drive in a country (or part of the country) that is under snow for 5 months, I definitely want to use slippery as default. or one could argue the same for eco if he/she is a frequent highway traveller etc etc

by the way, the logic applies to the 4A/4H etc...but that keeps memory of the selected mode!inconsistent...

It's one of the more annoying things about these, and 6g Bronco as well, and to date nobody has come up with a real good solution, you don't need to turn the dial tho...when you 1st start the vehicle you can press "ok" on the steering wheel...Ya I know that's not much better, but in time you will get used to it!

just gotta press it within a couple seconds of starting...unless EU is different. NA models ask on the dash if you want to return to previous mode (I never look either, haha)

Maybe I am misunderstanding but when I selected Sport Mode I saved my Raptor settings, then changed other ones like turning off auto stop/start, setting exhaust to Baha, then saved the settings and first thing in the truck start and hit the R button twice and it all back to what saved. Can't imagine this won't work for all drive modes???

It does, if you have the R button…I do not as I have a wildtrak V6 diesel…so I have no way to store settings like that in a button
