Whats everyones thoughts? Will there be an aftermarket where these sensors will get disconnected or will everyone be ok with it?

Automakers routinely patent stuff they never intend to implement.

That was they can make a buck on royalties if someone else tries to do it, get free advertising through media/influencers, etc…
