Ford Zone Reps?

This is all pretty common, for some reason their logistics are crap at MAP. My Bronco was built for a month and half before it shipped, I exhausted every option I could find to get in touch with someone about why it was taking so long, no one cared.
I live only 3 hours from MAP is the worst part, could of drove and got the Bronco 30 times before it shipped

Apparently it’s the luck of the draw on how they are parked and loaded, some get built and loaded right away and some get parked in the back and forgot about.

You need patience with ordering from Ford I learned.

My dealer used their zone rep to change the drop ship code on my RR well after I received a build date. Shouldn't be an issue for them to contact the guy to find out what's going on with your truck.

I’ve been trying to get a delivery eta for my RR that has been built since 1/22 but it’s still pending updates. Ford chat suggests reaching out to the sales manager of my dealership to inquire with the zone rep who can call the plant. Has anyone gotten anywhere with this inquiry? I haven’t seen anyone mentioned anything about a zone rep on the forums so not sure if it’s something to bother the dealer with. I’m also assuming the dealer has been in communication with them but when I ask for updates they pretty much only know what Ford chat has told me as well.

Zone rep will be of zero help.

This is the exact same situation I am in. Truck built on 1/30. tracker never updated to "built" and tracker was last updated on 02/07. No one is able to get more information on what is going on with my order. Dealer says mine while be there by end of this month. Maybe??

There has been a hold on many Rangers. Some have suggested it's associated with a tsb that came out regarding sync4. If a remedy now exists, it makes sense that the trucks built now or more recently would ship first as they either don't have the issue or would be the closest on the lot, hence get fixed first. They'll have to work back through the storage lots to get to the earlier builds.

The way things are happening, this seems like a very plausible explanation.

They all ready are. I'm betting we start seeing good movement in the older orders, including mine, the next couple of weeks.

I got the Built email today after sitting In Production for two and a half weeks. From what I understand, they don’t change it to Built status until they know it’s ready to ship.

My XLT that was built on 1-24 shipped last week. I think it probably has more to do with filling train cars and convoys with loads for dealers than trying to ship the oldest first. Although it is frustrating to see a truck that was ordered way later arrive before yours.

So yours is showing not built too.
‘My ETA moved up. My blend or actual build date was 2/23. Shows at a gate.
So I know it was built.
But the tracker does not show that it was built yet.
I wish the order tracker was actually tracking it real time, or somewhat accurately.

Correct. But I know it is as modules live, tear sheet, dealer vinview info.

It shows on the dealer's view that it's been sitting in the same holding lot at Ford since it was built on Feb 20th. I'm sure it's wtg for it's sync4 fix like the many others sitting instead of shipping.
