Yes, I set that in Forscan also. Its on the sheet.

Welcome lighting I added in Forscan. The Global Windows was already there.

Welcome lightning is set to on via forscan (approach detection??) but it does not work with mine

What model do you have? As XLTs don't have Keyless entry I would assume it wouldnt detect your proximity (I have an XLT, but haven't messed with that in Forscan so I am not sure though).

I cannot speak for non-US vehicles. You might have an additional switch to flip or something in Forscan.
