Gator Srx rollup tonneau cover

Has anyone installed a Gator SRX soft rollup tonneau cover on a Ranger Raptor ? The back portion is not flushed to the tailgate, unlike the same model on my F150. It's set to the lowest setting and won't let me go any further down due to the brackets. Just wondering if it's normal.... From the sides it seems normal. Not sure if u did this wrong. It's pretty straightforward tho

Did you get this figured out? I was thinking of ordering that cover.

Seems like I have to push the cover down more before i tighten the screws on the clamp. But even then, I dont think it will be flush since the clamps are limited to the position of the holes on the truck and i dont think i have room to push it down to a position to make it flush.. Thats why im curious if anyone else have it. Maybe im doing something wrong.

But... Id look somewhere else if Iwere you, maybe the truxedo brand? The gator is cheaper but maybe thats why. I did have one on my F150 and that ones flush, although the clamps work diff on the F150

It looks installed correctly from looking at the sides. Maybe try removing everything and try instal again. It’s possible the place you ordered from might of sent you wrong one. I’m think of ordering from Real Truck since they have easy returns.

Right now its ok. Seems to have gone down a bit..Lol. Not too bad. Ill have to look at why it did.
I second on Realtruck. Great customer service. The price went on a discount a few days after I bought it and they refunded me the difference, when technically they didn't have to

I installed it with that weather seal laying on top of the tailgate. I don't know if that makes a difference.
