I ordered mine to flat tow. (all wheels down) behind our motor home. The Ranger Raptor can not be flat towed at all, so it would have to be trailered. I believe all 2024 Rangers with full time 4x4 have the same issue
The Raptor is the only one with full time 4x4. So other should be good.

I’d double check, somewhere I read that all 4 wheel drive rangers couldn’t flat tow but what ever. If The Raptor doesn’t work out I’ll just upgrade my 150.

Didn't know that. I have never flat towed before so it isn't a concern for me.

Supposedly the issue is with ABS system and software. Not sure if that is just a software fix, or if hardware is also required. It was tied in with the swap to a 10R60 from the 10R80.

No just people towing behind a MH would have an issue, but remember if for some reason you have to have the truck towed by a wrecker they need one that can load the truck onto the wrecker

This is going to be a real bummer if a Raptor cannot be flat towed.
I do a lot of work at Ford and was told that it was the same issue as with the broncos with the ABS.
That had a temp fix of pulling a fuss on the first couple of years.
It has long been fixed. Since the platform is the same it should be resolved.
This is the first I have heard of it being tied to the tranny swap.
Will find out soon as it is at the dealer as of today 3/20.

And the primary goal is to tow behind or 42' pushier.

Truck arrived and now confirmed by Ford engineering.
4-down towing was deleted at the last minute from a hardware issue.
The dealer was shocked when I turned down the truck.
Told them they can see if the baby Raptor can fly to a new home.
As we no longer have any use for it.
the 2024 will have no fix and all traces removed and deleted from specs, not like the Bronco.
The 2025 will have the issue corrected, so on the wait list again!
Time to cry now.....:(
On the bright side they might add the missing air ducts and maybe even go to a 60/40 split back seat. They are going to take a lot of fuss over these issues!
Actually, not unusual as the first Aluminum F150 also was missing the rear air ducts till the following year.
