Infotainment Issue

I'm a newbie to this forum. My 2023 Ranger Tremor developed issues with the infotainment system about 3 months ago. The system varies in its starting point each time the Ranger engine is started. Prior to the start of these issues, the infotainment system always started at the point that it was when the it was shut down. Now, sometimes it starts where it was on the previous drive, sometimes it is a blank/black screen, but most of the times it has to be completely reset to the entertainment of choice (SiriusXM in my case) because it seems to have lost its memory. The infotainment center has been reset to factory settings multiple times. The Apple iPhone has been removed and the Bluetooth connection has been re-established multiple times. The Ranger has not yet been to a dealer for diagnosis.

For those that may be following this thread, I was notified via email on August 2, 2024 by Ford Motor Company regarding Customer Satisfaction Program 24B47. This Program is an update to the SYNC software and was applied to the Ford Ranger Tremor on August 8, 2024. There have been no issues with the infotainment center since the SYNC update.
