Infotainment issues?

I have been experiencing increased issues with infotainment screen crashing or not starting up on start for the past week on my Ranger Raptor. This is occurring with typical apple car play connection issue. any suggestion?

I have no idea, other than make sure your phone is on the latest release, along with a quality cable (if hardwired) and verify your sync infotainment is on the latest release: https://www.ford.com/support/category/sync-and-technology/software-updates/

Mine has done that a few times and I don't have a phone hooked up to it.

Mine has also. Was good after the last update, but acted up yesterday. I will say, the cab was hot after sitting in the sun for 4 hours. It's annoying because the backup camera is part of the system.

My screen goes black and stays black for a few minutes at times. It seems to happen with auto start. Dealer found nothing wrong since it can't be duplicated

I haven’t had any screen crashes in the Ranger yet, but the Apple CarPlay connectivity has had its issues.
The song will be playing, but no audio. Same exact thing happened in my ‘21 F-150 and ‘22 Maverick.
