I just received an email from a survey company called IPSOS to rate my 2025 Ranger. Don't know if any of you have received this email. IPSOS is a French consumer survey company and not affiliated with Ford. They seem legit but do not follow US laws regarding consumer protection but instead are following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) established by the European Union. To make money, IPSOS sells the information they gather from you to their "clients" who pay them. Could be Ford. Could be anyone. IPSOS is worth Euro €2.91 billion or US $3.37 billion. I found reports of IPSOS having you register with them using personal data, then promising you money or a gift card to gather detailed personal information about you and your vehicle but never delivering what they promised or being difficult to contact. I am not filling out their survey as I don't trust it, but I thought I would at least pass along what I found for what it's worth so if you get contacted you can decide for yourself.
