Kleinn Train Horn and Onboard Air System installed / unboxing

I wanted to share this install of kit KL RNGR-220 from Kleinn which was bolt on for 19-23 but actually fit very nicely on my 24 XT with some slight modification to 3 of the 4 brackets (tank bracket not needed). Initial unboxing was great as all components were packed/wrapped individually or in kit bags and the quality looks excellent. No full paper instructions but there was some documentation and the pdf instructions on their website are well done and a great reference. Not too many tools are needed but they list all that might be needed in the instructions. The horns and quick connect air line/chuck work great, and of course the horns are LOUD (on of their slogans is #tooloudtoobad). The folks at my local Ford dealership got a kick out of hearing the horns and they actually do serve a great purpose if used with reason. I won't include a step by step but feel free to ask and detailed questions, anyone that likes to wrench can install this full kit and it is tucked away and solid. I definitely recommend Kleinn and I think they could be offering a specific kit for 24-26+ Rangers so maybe reach out if to them interested to spur on the offering.

Some build notes; was able to use all factory mounting points even though the brackets were designed for the 5g. The single bracket I made is shown and is just painted repurposed steel with 2 holes drilled to support and anchor one side of tank base. Although liquid joint sealant is included I carefully used a good USA made Teflon seal tape with 6 wraps at all joints and it's totally sealed up. Minimal modification was used with provided brackets as just one new hole and a small section of slot was enlarged. Shon I photo is the flush mount horn button that was included that I made non-flush and positioned so edge of left foot activates horn. I did tuck and secure wiring, but I typically do go over a second time to further adjust and secure wiring to clean up, it's not what I enjoy doing but it's clean. The 4 M6 bolts and associated hardware shown I had on hand and anchor the compressor to bracket, the M5 hardware included was not enough for me but everything is rock solid. It was a rewarding project and I think it's a nice addition.
