Truck has been repaired and back in my driveway. The service manager was shocked as to the reason the radiator blew. He even gave me pics to prove it. There was a assembly style bolt sandwiched between the radiator and the ac condenser during assembly. It eventually worked a hole in the radiator from daily driving. The service manager stated that it was probably some kid on the assembly line paying more attention to his phone than his job and dropped a bolt without realizing it. I laughed and agreed. Hope no more problems in the future because i do love the truck.

Glad to hear they got you sorted out! But I'm more glad to hear it wasn't a fault with the radiator itself. If that were the case then I'd be leery to take it on a long offroad trip.

Its ironic, I traded in a 2014 Grand Cherokee for my last Ranger and it would try to overheat on me every time I put it in 4low. And the radiator leaked in the winter. And the power steering rack seeped. And the radio constantly locked up. This list goes on....

My '19 Ranger on the other hand only ever gave me issues with the AC leaking down over the course of a month or two. Ended up replacing every line in the truck and that fixed it. Now I'm fighting the same problem with my Audi A6....
