Finally finished a lockable Packout storage solution that is removable and doesn't require drilling holes.
Parts Used:
-American Adventure Labs bulkhead molle panel
-Unistrut rails
-Integral Packout Stack Locks
-M6 screws
-1x1.25 molle panel backers

The photo has most of the basic details you'll need, I'll add some notes below.
Attach Unistrut rails to the molle panel using the molle panel backers. I bought the molle panel backers from Etsy and the Unistrut from a web store based on a Google search. I used 4ft.
I'm sure there is a better solution but if you use the M6 screws you will need washers because the screw head is smaller than the Unistrut opening.
About the Unistrut... You need a 1-5/8 in rail. There is also a 1-5/8 in. x 13/16 lighter low profile rail that works. If you choose the low profile rail, you should get a shorter screw as the M6 12mm is slightly too long. It will work but the screw will start to hit the bottom of the rail right towards full tightened.
This whole setup is possible because of the Integral Packout Stack Locks. They were designed to use Unistrut and not a proprietary mounting solution.
I ordered 4ft rails and had to mount 2 of them to install 2 different Stack Locks so I can get 2 Packouts side-by-side. You might be able to mount 2x Stack Locks on a single longer rail, but that wasn't in the cards for me.
