I haven't seen them, but keep in mind that the top rail is just a hollow piece of plastic. You will need to fabricate some kind of spacer where the box sits to take up the space between the plastic rail and bed. IIRC, it's about 3/4". People that have added a topper had to put spacers, but for a topper it's only required in the stake pockets.

I found one that sits inside the bed , I might just go that route, should I put some rubber in between the box and bed?

thats similar to the box i have in the garage that i move between my trucks as i need it. you can glue some thick rubber to the bottom and the make some flat brackets that stick out towards the truck cab and use the bed bolts to hold it in place instead of drilling anything. thats what i did to my box. i just adjust the brackets to the bed bolt spacing, and mount it using those bolts and it cannot be easily stolen because you need a 30 inch extension and huge allen socket to get those bed bolts out when the box is in place

Ruh roh. I haven't put my box in the new truck yet so maybe my brackets won't work on this ranger. They worked in my sonoma, 04 ranger, and 2017 nissan so i figured they would work in this ranger when i got to the point of needing to put it in.

I better look sometime soon in case i do need to mount the box in july for our road trip

I have an old UWS box that was on my 2002 Tacoma Extra Cab 4wd that fits nicely but I haven't mounted and tied it down yet. Will the J brackets work or if not what is the solution?
