Someone on this forum has the skills to make said plug and play harness. This looks great. Any details on the harness? Any chance you found a way to hook the lights to turn on when reverse gear is enabled and also be controllable via AUX?
I'm wondering how much work it'll be to make a harness that does that and also maintains the red-backlight capability of something like a Diode dynamics equivalent.
Link please to the harness where they will function with the reverse lights.I have the kit from F150LED's and am very happy with them. The plug and play adapter is super easy and does not affect any of the trailer tow and safety sensors. They also have a harness to bring a switch foward to the cab.
Different company, but here's another option: see this post in this thread
Below is the product page for the whole kit. You will see our 7 PIN adapter harness add on. This harness will pull the stock back lighting (running lights) and reverse lighting power from your truck. Kits come with everything you need to install + install videos. We utilize this 7 PIN harness in the video below

Both the clear and amber option (main lighting) have an amber backlighting feature.

No, they have white too! The ambers are their chase lights. (repurposed) Great products! Is amber the only backlight color?
Hey @AbnMP13 Currently yes, amber is the only backlight color for both our Spartan Hood/Reverse and Paladin bumper bars. We offer these products with a main light in either white or amber and both of these options come with an amber back light! Is amber the only backlight color?
