Ford don’t need to do anything - it’s by design as per owners manual:

they looked at it today and put in a warranty claim for me.
will let you know what happens with that.
the right side today actually had drops (day started at -17C and was -1C when i took it to the dealer. up until now it was generally just condensation that gathered around the edges. the left started doing it just a few days ago, the rights been like that since before xmas.

i was reading up on it today and they say the LED lights dont heat up much and have less opportunity to dry up the vapor.
Being in canada, i may have months to go before it warms up enough for the sunlight to do it for me as they suggest.
