OK. Any chance you can add on the trailer plug relocation kit on a deal (not free) or throw it in the same box for shipping with the molle panels?
I won't be able to reduce the price on them. We sell them pretty close to cost as it stands. We use that product as an introduction of our brand into the Ranger market. We can definitely throw it in with an additional order to save shipping. Just chose local pickup at checkout and let us know to combine it with another order. Thanks!!

I got my bulkhead molle panel installed today. Should have been a 20 min job but took much longer since I stripped one of the tie down bolts. No instructions but I think I got it done right. It seems super solid and well made and I’m happy with it. Installed with no issues with a bak x4s cover although I didn’t install the top bolts (yet). They can be installed with the cover but I might need to loosen it to make room for the install (and then realign which I’m reluctant to parti particularly after the stripped bolt headache).
The instructions are on the product pages now. I didn't realize they weren't there until this morning. I apologize for the oversight. Glad they went in well!

No worries. It was pretty straightforward and it looks like I did it right. Those bolts from Ford are a pain though! After I stripped the bolt (and broke off a drill bit trying to drill it out) I wound up cutting part of the bolthead with a saw so I could grip it with a wrench. Not an issue with your product at all (these were oem bolts) but just a heads up for anyone else installing.

Oh man. Hate to hear that. We have had ours in and out quite a bit, as you would imagine, and haven't noticed any issues, so hopefully it isn't indicative of a recurring issue. Thank you again!!!

Hi Suace, I also stripped one of my OEM bed bolts and have not been able to remove it. Can you give me more detail on how you got yours out?

Thanks

it was kind of brutal but perhaps made moreso by my limited arsenal of tools. First I tried to drill the bolt out. It’s soft enough to drill and I think this might work if you take is slow, but I wound up breaking a bit off in it when I was almost all the way through (I was putting too much pressure on it) and had to figure something else out.

I couldn’t grip the bolt with anything firmly enough to rotate it. So I used a hacksaw (didn’t have a power tool that could get the right angle) to cut the bolt head to flatten one of the sides. Luckily I had backed it out enough to get the saw blade through it without scraping up the bed side. After blood sweat and tears my circular bolt head had one flat side which could be gripped. You might have to square off two sides of the bolt head but I only had to do one. From there I used wrenches and pliers to grip it and back it out. Bolt came out but was not usable afterwards.

Thanks for the details! I'll use my Dremel to square off two sides this weekend. I also purchased more OEM bolts (only sold in packs of 4 each) from my local dealer who had to order them.

Wrapped up some weekend mods on the 2025 Ford Ranger Lariat FX4 — installed bed Molle panels and mounted all the essentials: farmer jack, recovery boards, shovel, axe, and fire extinguisher. Every tool has its spot. Next stop: the dirt.

I used Overland AXIS Truck Bed Rack Mounting Boards are on top of the farmer jack. I also had to drill out the molle panel holes to 3/8 to attach the brackets to the bulk head panel brackets. I still had replace the long carrier bolts that came with it with 8 inch full thread bolts because recovery boards are mounted in front of the jack. I'll be replacing the 8 inch bolts with 7 or 7 1/2 inch bolts. I'll leave a full parts list below this. Maybe you can refine it and make it better.

Thank you . I was looking at my bulkhead and dont see any mid or lower holes that i can install threaded rivets in and i am not sure where its safe to drill a hole and not pierce the outer skin . I have spray in bed liner installed.

That looks great. Thanks for sharing the photos! Mind if I add that to the product page?

I have factory spray in bedliner and enlarged four of the existing molle panel holes to accommodate the brackets. There is enough distance between the panel and the bulk head to not damage it while enlarging the holes. just take it slow.
